Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all digital art commissions and comic sales provided by Void Monad. By commissioning artwork or purchasing comics through our website, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Art Commissions

1.1 Process

  • Clients must provide clear references, descriptions, or concepts.

  • The Artist will confirm the commission request, price, and estimated timeline before starting.

  • Progress updates may be shared during creation.

1.2 Payment

  • Payment is required 50% deposit & 50% on completion.

  • Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

1.3 Revisions

  • Includes 5  free minor revisions (e.g., colors, small adjustments).

  • Major revisions after sketch approval may require additional fees.

1.4 Rights & Usage

  • The Artist retains full copyright to all commissioned works.

  • Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., social media icons, wallpapers, personal display).

  • Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, advertising, resale) requires a separate commercial license agreement and fee.

  • The Artist may display completed artworks on portfolios, galleries, and promotional platforms unless the Client requests otherwise.

2. Digital Comics

2.1 Purchase & Access

  • Customers purchasing digital comics receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and read.

  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of digital files is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Refunds

  • All digital sales (commissions and comics) are final and non-refundable once delivered.

3. Prohibited Content (for commissions)

The Artist reserves the right to decline requests involving:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material.

  • Illegal or exploitative content.

  • Any subject matter the Artist is uncomfortable creating.

4. Liability

  • The Artist is not responsible for technical issues on the Client’s side (e.g., file compatibility, download errors).

  • Void Monad is not liable for misuse of commissioned artworks or comics by Clients/Customers.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
